About Our Jewelry:
Blossom by B. Dade is a brand rooted in timeless elegance, and each piece in our collection is exquisitely chosen for its craftsmanship, individuality, and charm. Because our jewelry is vintage, some pieces may show slight blemishes. These natural variations are not flaws, but reflections of history — adding authenticity, soul, and character to every piece. We believe that every mark tells a story and enhances the beauty of the jewelry you wear.

Jewelry Care:
To care for your vintage piece, we recommend storing it in a dry, soft-lined pouch or box. Avoid contact with moisture, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Clean your jewelry gently with a soft cloth only — no abrasive materials or cleaners.

Returns & Exchanges:
All jewelry sales are final. Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Customers are encouraged to review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. We’re always available to answer questions before checkout.

Shipping & Processing:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and tracking information will be emailed once the item ships. Domestic and international shipping is available. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, so customers should double-check their cart before completing checkout.

Damaged Items:
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, customers should email blossombybdade@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will review and respond promptly.

Allergy & Material Disclosure:
Because the jewelry is vintage, we cannot guarantee that all pieces are hypoallergenic. Customers with sensitivities are encouraged to email with questions before purchasing.

Private Events:
We also offer private events such as curated pop-ups and styling experiences. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at least 24 hours in advance to confirm event booking. This deposit can be applied to any purchases made at the event or used as store credit.

Cancellation Policy for Events:
Events canceled 48 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled at no additional charge. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. To schedule an event, customers should email blossombybdade@gmail.com with their request.
